2012

With the 2010 elections right around the corner (it can't come soon enough, right?), it's never too early to start thinking about 2012. As the GOP begins tossing around names, I thought I would throw out some potential candidates for the presidential and vice-presidential nominations. If I'm missing someone, please add him/her to the list!

Mike Huckabee; Ex-Governor of Arkansas
Haley Barbour; Governor of Mississippi
Jeb Bush; Ex-Governor of Florida
Eric Cantor; US Representative Virginia
Charlie Crist; Governor of Florida
Newt Gingrich; Ex-Speaker of the House
Bobby Jindal; Governor of Louisiana
Ron Paul; US Representative Texas
Tim Pawlenty; Governor of Minnesota
Mike Pence; US Representative Indiana
Mitt Romney; Governor of Massachusetts
Sarah Palin; Ex-Governor of Alaska
Rick Santorum; Ex-US Senator of Pennsylvania
Rick Perry; Governor of Texas

My top ticket (subject to change)?

President - Mike Huckabee
Vice President - Pence/Perry/Gingrich/Crist/Santorum

  1. Hey there, I like the way you think. Here is a quote from my last post.
"Here is an idea for change, change BO on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. This will be the 57th quadrennial United States presidential election."

I think we are on the same page. I am ready to vote now, so I will not have to do it later.

"If an American is to amount to anything he must rely upon himself, and not upon the State; he must take pride in his own work, instead of sitting idle to envy the luck of others. He must face life with resolute courage, win victory if he can, and accept defeat if he must, without seeking to place on his fellow man a responsibility which is not theirs." - Theodore Roosevelt
